雕塑艺术（Sculpture）或称“雕刻艺术”，是利用三维空间创作的一种视觉艺术。主要是通过在石头、金属、陶瓷、木材等材料上雕刻而成的作品。雕塑专业的学生主要是学习如何在三维空间中创作艺术作品。
雕塑历史：西方传统的雕塑艺术源自于古希腊，保留了很多古典时期的著名作品；中世纪时期，哥特式雕塑代表了人们对天主基督的信仰与热情；意大利文艺复兴出现了很多著名作品，如大卫的雕像；现代雕塑抛弃了传统的雕塑理念，集中表现人物体型以及结构雕塑。
